InfoClick Operations
Emergency alert triage, device health, controlled trials, and response reports

Overview
About the project
I built the operations console for InfoClick, a school safety project. Staff can open an alert to review its reported location, last known trail, incident timeline, responder status, and attached media. The devices page handles necklace provisioning and assignment and shows battery, signal, and last heartbeat so stale devices are visible. A separate research page records controlled test sessions and failure stages; reports show response times and reliability measures with an option to exclude simulated alerts. Public images show empty states, not real emergency or student data.
The need
Responders need incident context and a clear device-health signal, while research drills must remain distinct from real alerts.
What I built
The signed-in console separates alert response, device management, and research. Alert details show location accuracy and event times; device rows flag stale heartbeats; report filters separate simulated activations from real ones.
Features
Main features
Alert response
- Alert detail shows reported location, accuracy, last known trail, and incident timeline
- Responders can acknowledge and resolve an alert and inspect attached media
- Live map and alert list support incident review
Device inventory
- Provision necklaces and assign or reassign them to students
- Show battery, signal, and heartbeat time; warn about stale active devices
- Send a labelled test alarm to an active device
Research and reports
- Record controlled test sessions with trial results, failure stages, and response times
- Report response-time and delivery measures with a simulated-alert filter
- Export trials and alert reports as CSV
