Overview
About the project
I built a local-first POS for a sari-sari store. After an owner sets a store name and six-digit PIN, the app keeps store records in browser IndexedDB. The sales flow records purchases and adjusts product stock. Owners can review sales history, record utang and payments, manage products with cost and selling prices, track e-load sales, check reports, and export a JSON backup. The demo runs on sample products.
The need
Shop owners need daily sales, stock, and credit records even when a network connection is not available.
What I built
The app stores its working data on the device and offers JSON export and import for backup. Voiding a sale restores stock and adds a stock movement entry; there is no server sync.
