About the project
Built during my internship at CHED Regional Office XII (Jun–Jul 2025), this is a full-stack library management and digital resource system serving higher education institutions across the SOCCSKSARGEN region. It handles document cataloguing, user authentication, role-based access, and resource browsing for staff and partner schools.
