Barangay Web Portal
Resident records, service certificates, blotter cases, and staff reports
Project gallery
Overview
About the project
I built a barangay management portal for staff workflows that links resident and household records with requests for documents and incident cases. Staff can search and filter residents by purok and sector, maintain households and officials, record complainants and respondents in blotter cases, and process service requests. The request detail flow includes a control number, printable document, reason-based correction history, and an option to void an issued certificate. The public gallery hides resident figures and contains no personal records.
The need
Staff need to keep resident and household records linked to requests and cases, while preserving the history of issued documents.
What I built
The deployed app uses signed-in Laravel/Inertia pages for records and document workflows. Its shipped request page keeps an issued certificate snapshot, records corrections with reasons, and prevents printing after a certificate is voided.
